asfc Twelve Step de-radicalization Program
The ASFc de-radicalization program is based entirely on the findings of the world's leading experts in the field of al qaeda inspired terrorism and radicalization, with proven results in north American Muslim communities.
The ASFC de-radicalization program helps communities and families deal with the challenges posed by Al Qaeda inspired extremist ideology.
The first part of the program helps community members and mosque leaders better understand the radicalization process, and what causes it. This is an important starting point for effective de-radicalization programs and also helps identify key sources in the radicalization process.
We then look at a range of de-radicalization techniques, ranging from theological and ideological re-conditioning, to the need to better understand the role democracy and democratic values such as freedom of religion, and expression can play in the Arab and Islamic world. Through challenging the political doctrines of global extremist groups/gangs, the ASFC program helps communities tackle and prevent radicalization at its source.
By the end of the program, communities should have a clearer understanding of the radicalization process and become better equipped with the ‘know-how’ tools necessary to effectively counter it in order to keep their congregations and community safe and out of prisons.
